Digital Marketing Manager (Part-Time)

Sydney | 12-Month Contract (with Intent to Renew)

VICELLO® is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence - with the confidence, experience, and instinct to refine, elevate, and lead.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t need direction. You understand the platforms, the data, and the nuance of a design-led brand, and how to turn considered content into meaningful traction.

You will manage all digital marketing - from strategy through to execution across content, paid media, website, CRM, and performance. Every touchpoint, every campaign, every detail sits within your scope.

Key Focus Areas

  • Digital strategy, planning, and execution
  • Content creation, curation, and amplification
  • Copywriting reflecting brands tone of voice
  • Paid media (Meta, Google, Pinterest)
  • Website management and SEO
  • CRM, EDMs, and audience segmentation
  • Analytics, reporting, and optimisation
  • Content library management
  • Photoshoot coordination and publication submissions

What Matters

  • Proven experience across all platforms and tools listed
  • High-level capability in Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics
  • Strong editorial and visual judgement
  • Ability to take ownership and elevate without guidance

Structure

  • 2 days per week
  • 12-month contract with intention to renew
  • Hybrid flexibility available once the role is established and operating at a high standard
  • Commencing October 2026

Joinery Draftsperson – Mozaik

VICELLO is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Joinery CAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for quality joinery and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Role and Responsibilities: 

As a Joinery Draftsperson at VICELLO, you will:

  • Produce shop drawings for client presentations and signoffs using Mozaik software.
  • Amend drawings based on site measure notes and appliance specifications.
  • Read and interpret architectural plans for production.
  • Liaise between various departments within the company.
  • Perform file conversion and nesting functions for CNC.
  • Prepare production files for manufacturing.
  • Order hardware and materials from suppliers.
  • Manage stock intake and control systems.


Requirements:

  • Proficient in Mozaik software.
  • Minimum of 3 years of joinery drawing experience.
  • Knowledge of Australian manufacturing standards and protocols.
  • Ability to self-manage workload.
  • Previous experience in residential cabinet making and joinery.
  • Familiarity with industry products
    and materials is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to staying current on industry trends, kitchen design innovations, and environmental preservation.
  • Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Must be comfortable to work on-site at the VICELLO Studio in Ingleburn (2565, NSW) 5 days a week.
